Shipping within the United States

Every order is picked, checked and packed by hand at our Homosassa studio. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; anything later goes out the next business day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also see the status of any order at any time under My account.

Packaging

Orders are wrapped in recycled tissue and shipped in plastic-free mailers or recycled cardboard boxes. If you would like your order sent without any branding on the outside, just add a note at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
• Email Contact@bluebellelogistics.xyz with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving at our studio.
• Exchanges: tell us the size you need and we will reserve it while your return is in transit, then ship the replacement free of charge.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund immediately — whichever you prefer.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned for a refund within 30 days under the same conditions. Final-sale pieces are clearly marked on the product page and are not eligible for return.
